7 ways to take care of your skin
You get your skin once
in a life and you cannot change it as well so it’s your onus to take care of
it, you are the only one who can protect it from getting it rough and delay the
natural aging process by good skin care and healthy lifestyle
choices as it massively effects on your personality.
HERE IS THE SOLUTION: -

1. Drink loads of water:
That’s
something really necessary. Water works like a petrol in your body. Drink
almost 8-10 glass of water daily in order to keep your skin healthy and fresh
and prevent yourself from getting dehydrated which causes dullness.
2.Manage stress. 😊
Stress is the major cause of many diseases. Stress causes a chemical response in your body that makes skin more sensitive and reactive. I wouldn't say don't take stress as that's an unavoidable thing but you should know how to manage stress .Everything is in our hands , nothing is impossible at all .
Take a balanced
diet which includes all the nutrients that are beneficial for body (proteins,
fats, vitamins, minerals etc.) Eat fresh fruits, green
vegetables, and take sufficient vitamins. Be a fussy eater. Avoid taking fast
food, fried items, spicy foods as it is a cause of many diseases. And it
ultimately shows on your skin as well.
P.S but
once or twice in a month is OK…😋😉💛
4.Protect
your skin from sun rays…
Avoid
going in sunlight in the peak hours. Only the early morning sunlight is
beneficial for the body and simultaneously very good for the bones as it is a
best source of vitamin D. But must apply sunblock before going in sunlight
to block the ultraviolet ( UVA & UVB )rays and wear sunglasses as well. If you are having problem of shortsightedness and you cannot wear sunglasses then the shielding effect
of the umbrella blocks only the direct UV because sun exposure can cause
wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems.

Do
Exercise on regular basis. It increases the circulation of blood and also
accelerate the cleansing process of your entire body releases toxins through
sweat, which leads to clearer, firmer skin. Remember to smile. It’s the best
exercise for your face. 😊😊😊😊
6.Proper Sleep.
That is
also a factor that has a positive and a negative effect on your skin. Your skin
rejuvenates and repairs itself mostly while you are asleep. Make sure that you
sleep for seven to eight hours daily.😴😴
It is
really necessary to wash it off a layer that you applied on your skin. ;) let
your skin breath overnight as makeup prevents that, and leaving it on overnight
clogs the pores which may cause blemishes and/or black & heads so it’s
important to wash it off and apply a good moisturizer as well. Do
something today that your future self will thank u for.
